The present study analyzes the relationship between the material, human, logistical and operational resources attributed to the Public Prosecutor’s Office, as well as its constitutional mission, while dealing with the control of police activity. The methodology adopted is mainly bibliography review on institutional principles, with the aim
of reaching a scientific conclusion that is capable of understanding the difficulties inherent to the control of police activity and, based on that thought, to overcome the issues that have been verified.
