Abstract

This essay seeks to demonstrate that most of the constitutional promises have not yet been properly implemented in the existential plane of people and society. An analysis is also made of the great constitutional mission assigned to the Public Ministry as the guardian of these promises or democratic ideals. And finally, adopting a revisionist methodology, we point out the doctrine of resoluteness and its multiple legal and social tools as an adequate strategy to fulfill the aforementioned mission, as well as, in parallel, some challenges that need to be overcome institutionally.
