Abstract

This test is contextualized in alarming levels of corruption that plague Brazilian society, it addresses the failure of the control activity of the Public Administration, specifically the one developed by the prosecution. From this evidence, and in order to contribute to the best performance in the area of protection to public property, they will be highlighted certain improvements expected in relation to the institutional design of the Public Ministry, postures to be adopted in relation to public administration and the indication of the need to control the improvement by legislative innovations.
