Abstract

The article has the purpose to make an analysis of the relation between the indian people and the State, about the legalization of their lands, giving emphasis to hydroelectric dam projects at Tapajós. In this view, we’ll begin our study, with bibliographic and documentary methodology, conceptualizing what embrace Human Rights, showing major characteristics of evolution in the international and Brazilian scope, besides inform on the importance of ILO Convention 169, its basics concepts and also, certify on the recondites behind this undertaking.
